Maxxor is the leader of the overworld and is friendlier than Chaor, has more elemental power but his stats aren't as good. The overworlders live above the underworlders. Alot of the overworlders have water elemental powers. A lot of people believe the cothica (source of all energy and life in perim) is in the overworld because the riverlands give off a strange energy. Maxxor is a loyal creature and has stood up for his tribe a number of times. Overworlders resemble noble creatures such as cats, bears, birds and so on.
